Dr. Howard Beale is a board Certified ophthalmic surgeon who subspecializes in surgery on eyelids, tear ducts and orbital (eye) bones.

Any affliction of an eyelid can be corrected:

  • Droopy eyelids.
  • Lid position elevation due to thyroid disease.
  • Lids rotating outward causing tearing, redness and dishcarge.
  • Lids rotating inward causing a scratchy sensation and even corneal abraisons.
